Lymphology Skincare Body Cream

This cream is composed of natural and organic ingredients that are anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and refreshing that help the skin regenerate. It’s vaso-dilating properties also improve lymphatic circulation and reduces swelling while also protecting the skin from external aggressions. It has been specifically formulated to work synergistically to generate skin rejuvenation and promote the skin’s elasticity leaving it hydrated, nourished, supple and comfortable without tugging.

Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Palmitic Stearic Acid, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Glycerin, Cetyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, Benzyl Alcohol, Salicylic Acid, Sorbic Acid, Linoleic Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Topherol, Octyldodecyl Myristate, Nelumbo Nucifera Root Water, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Flower Oil, Capparis Spinosa Fruit Extract, Bisabolol.

For lymphatic stimulation: Choose appropriate groove for the specific area of the body you are treating. Apply a good amount of oil. Using light pressure and long strokes toward the heart starting distal to proximal. Use for 1-15 minutes 2-3 times per week.

For thickened or pitted edema: Choose appropriate groove for the specific area of the body you are treating. Apply a good amount of oil. Use deeper pressure and short strokes toward the heart starting distal to proximal. End with light long strokes toward heart to stimulate lymphatic movement. Use for 10-15 minutes 2-3 times per week.

Can be used to treat muscles on top of clothing throughout the day as needed. Use long moderate pressure strokes toward the heart distal to proximal.
