Mentoring is a powerful personal development and empowerment tool. Professionally trained to guide the mentee to find the right direction and develop solutions, it is a chance to look more closely at yourself, your issues, opportunities and what you want in life. 

Mentoring is about becoming more self- aware, taking responsibility for your life, and directing your life in the direction you decide. It is person-focused, less of a formalized professional relationship and more of a partnership. Mentoring includes training, empowerment, motivation, support, encouragement, advice, and guidance. During mentoring sessions, experience, and knowledge envelopes the session. We explore the mechanics of your mind and its representation. 

We clean up the mind, create and sustain healthy habits, achieve clarity and ingrain tools to serve you throughout your life to sustain a healthy state of mind that serves you for your higher good in all areas of your life. 

A safe-haven and a connection are key. Complete confidentiality and non-judgemental environment pertain. Mentoring is allowing yourself to be open, honest, and vulnerable. It is in this place where we grow and step into the person we know we can be and want to be.

workshops

Mentoring workshops generally consist of eight sessions, one per week, as it takes 21 days to create a new habit and 57 days for it to be automated. At the end of this workshop, a new way of habitual being ensues at a conscious and subconscious level.
