Alfalfa leaf tea is used to relieve water retention, treat arthritis and ulcers. Colonial Americans used the plant as treatment for menstrual disorders and urinary problems. Traditional Chinese medicine uses the tea to treat digestive disorders and kidney problems. It can be a mood enhancer.

Brewing Details:

Steep 1 teaspoon of Alfalfa leaves in two cups of boiling water for approximately ten minutes. Continue to use for five cups utilising the whole pure leaf tea.
