This blend aims to relieve tension, energise the spirit while relaxing and relieving stressful emotions. 

Rosemary contains antimicrobial, antioxidant and antiseptic properties. It is known to discourage hair loss, boost memory recall and reduce pain in muscles and joints. This oil is helpful to treat wounds, burns, colds, flu, fatigue, digestive trouble, headaches, asthma, bronchitis, gout, rheumatism, liver and gall bladder problems, water retention and poor circulation.

Geranium has astringent, anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic properties. It is known to be highly beneficial in the treatment of menstruation problems and its astringent characteristics make it a primary ingredient when it comes to skincare.

Bergamot Oil was applied in Italian folk medicine as an antiseptic and to reduce fevers. In Ayurvedic medicine, Bergamot Oil has been used to soothe acne, skin rashes, sores and sore throats, and bladder infections.

Grapeseed Oil is rich in linoleic acid (Omega 6) which helps reduce the size of the skin's pores. It can be used in treatment to relieve poor circulation and ailments associated with this. Grapeseed is suitable for all skin types but is particularly suitable for skin that is oily, large pored, acne-prone, thin damaged or sensitive.

Directions for Use

Pour two tablespoons of oil into your bath for ultimate results. If using as a massage oil, use all over body as desired and leave on skin. If you have any skin concerns, please patch test first. Can be used directly on the skin as a healing aid and body oil.
