Absolute Oil Dilution PQ

A dark brown liquid with a strong and sweet scent, Labdanum absolute is extensively used as a fixative in various fragrance applications, as well as being useful in skincare for the treatment of wrinkles, mature skin, and dry skin.

Labdanum is used for bronchitis and other lung infections, diarrhea, water retention (edema), hernia, tumors, leprosy, and menstrual problems. It is also used for loosening chest congestion, preventing viral infections, emptying the bowels, and as a tonic and stimulant for the immune system.

Made using at least 60% Labdanum (Cistus Ladanifer) blended with a solvent to create a Labdanum PQ Absolute which retains it’s sweet, dry, and deep resinous/balsamic odour with a mossy, leathery undertone while being in a liquid form which is much easier to use in blends and perfumes. 

About this oil

Non-toxic, non-irritant, non-sensitizing. Before using any topical product for the first time, it is advisable to do a patch test. It is not recommended to use pure oils on the skin without diluting. Never use internally. Keep away from children and eyes. Always check if there are any medical issues which could cause a problem. Seek help if you have any doubts.

Directions for use

Dilute with carrier oil for sensitive skin and for children over six years of age. Apply to temples, tip of nose, reflex points, soles of feet, back of neck and / or area of concern. Diffuse or inhale the aroma directly.
