Pure Nettle Leaves (Urtica Dioica)
Use 2g (approx. 2 heaped tsp) for 250ml of freshly boiled water and leave to infuse for 8-10mins. Add a bit of honey, according to your taste.
Consult your doctor before taking nettle leaf tea. It is not advised to take nettle leaf tea if you are pregnant and are under 12 years of age.
