Sage Oil is a member of the Lamiaceae family. This oil has a spicy, sharp, and very herbaceous scent. It is classed as a top note and blends well with citrus, herby, minty and woodsy oils.
Sage is known to be helpful for digestive issues. Its aroma can help relieve symptoms of stress such as emotional exhaustion, nervousness, mental fatigue, and head and neck tension.
Common Uses: The therapeutic properties of Sage Essential Oil are as an anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, astringent, digestive, diuretic, emmenagogue, insecticide, laxative and as a tonic.
History: The Chinese believed Sage cured sterility and the Romans believed it cured just about everything. The Latin word salvare means heal or save. During the Middle Ages, Sage was a popular ingredient of many nerve tonics and the actual herb was used to clean gums.

Infused Blends help reach larger surface areas without compromising much on the potency of your oil. These have roller tops and can be easily applied on pulse points, back of the neck (largest pores), soles of the feet (largest pores) and problem areas. As we apply our blend in through the largest pores, it is said that it enters the bloodstream in as little as a few minutes.
Infused blends are very effective with this application as we are optimising the ability to harmonise a symptom. Science states three times a day is sufficient, any more is placebo – which as we know has its own magnificent effects also!
