This blend is to assist in relieving the tension and soreness caused by aching joints and limbs. It is specifically designed to combat complaints such as aching muscles, muscle strain and rheumatism. Ginger will also warm the body and assist in circulation.
Rosemary contains antimicrobial, antioxidant and antiseptic properties. It is known to discourage hair loss, boost memory recall and reduce pain in muscles and joints. This oil is helpful to treat wounds, burns, colds, flu, fatigue, digestive trouble, headaches, asthma, bronchitis, gout, rheumatism, liver and gall bladder problems, water retention and poor circulation.
Lavender is known to have remarkable effects on the body. It is packed full of antiseptic, anti-fungal, antimicrobial and antioxidant properties.
Myrrh Essential Oil has strong antiseptic and antibacterial properties which can be a useful aid against throat, tooth and gum infections. In skin care applications, it will leave you feeling youthful and nourished skin.
Ginger has analgesic, antioxidant and antiseptic properties. It is mainly known as a digestive aid and has been used for thousands of years in the treatments of rheumatism, toothache and malaria.
Grapeseed Oil is rich in linoleic acid (Omega 6) which helps reduce the size of the skin's pores. It can be used in treatment to relieve poor circulation and ailments associated with this. Grapeseed is suitable for all skin types but is particularly suitable for skin that is oily, large pored, acne-prone, thin damaged or sensitive.
Recommended Directions for Use
Pour two tablespoons of oil into your bath for ultimate results. If you have any skin concerns, please patch test first. Can be used directly on the skin as a healing aid and body oil.
