Pimento Leaf is known to promote circulation and may help to relieve pain from muscle cramps and strains. Its comforting scent is used for headaches, to combat stress and depression and to overcome fatigue.
Cedarwood is known to have energising properties that can increase concentration levels but it can also relieve stress and tension due to its ability to cloak the body in a shroud of calmness. When used on the skin, Cedarwood essential oil can help soothe the three I's, irritation, inflammation and itchiness. Its firming quality also helps reduce the appearance of the signs of ageing, such as wrinkling skin.
