Delivery, Returns, and Refund Policy

1. Pricing: Prices are exclusive of postage and packaging. These charges are calculated at checkout.

2. Cancellations: If you decide to cancel before your order is dispatched, we'll accept your request. If your order has been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

3. Delayed Delivery: If delivery time exceeds the estimated time, contact us for an investigation.

4. Change of Delivery Address: We can change the delivery address anytime before the order dispatch.

5. Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch your order on the same business day. In case of delays, we will notify you promptly. We operate Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays. During holidays, any delays will be kept to a minimum.

6. Delivery Return by Courier: If the delivery fails and your order is returned, we will charge you for the costs of resending your order. Contact the delivery company directly for any delays or issues.

7. Returns: If you're not happy with your purchase and haven't opened the product, you can return it within 14 days of your order date. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Return costs must be covered by the customer.

8. Damaged Returns: If your item is damaged, please submit a claim within 5 days of receipt. Include any photos or videos of the damage. Damaged items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once your claim is confirmed, you can choose between a refund to your payment method, store credit, or a free replacement (if available).

9. Products Purchased from a Retailer: If there's an issue with a product bought from one of our stockists, please return it to the place of purchase. As your contract of sale is with the retailer, we can't process refunds or replacements directly.
