Chamomile (Blue) oil is a member of the Asteraceae family. This oil has a sweet, herbaceous odour with a fresh fruity undertone and is classed as a middle note. Chamomile blends well with citrus, floral, spicy and woodsy oils.
Chamomile is best known throughout the ages for its sedative and soothing qualities, make it an excellent addition to your bedtime routine. It may also help with skin conditions such as eczema or rashes with its antibacterial properties.
Blends Well With: Bergamot, Clary Sage, Lavender, Geranium, Jasmine, Neroli, Patchouli, Tea Tree, Rose, Lemon and Ylang-ylang.
Common Uses: Chamomile (Blue) is effective as an analgesic, anti-allergenic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, antibacterial, carminative, febrifuge, fungicidal, hepatic, nerve sedative, stimulant of leucocyte production, stomachic, sudorific, vermifuge and as vulnerary agent. This oil is an excellent skincare remedy, providing soothing calming and cleansing benefits useful for burns, blisters, inflamed wounds, dermatitis, eczema, rashes and wounds.
History: Chamomile is widely grown all over the world. To the Egyptians, it was a herb dedicated to the sun, to cure fevers, and to the moon, for its cooling ability.

About this oil
Non-toxic, non-irritant, non-sensitizing. Before using any topical product for the first time, it is advisable to do a patch test. It is not recommended to use pure oils on the skin without diluting. Never use internally. Keep away from children and eyes. Always check if there are any medical issues which could cause a problem. Seek help if you have any doubts. May cause dermatitis in some individuals. Do not use this essential oil during pregnancy because it is a uterine stimulant.
Directions for use
Dilute with carrier oil for sensitive skin and for children over six years of age. Apply to temples, tip of nose, reflex points, soles of feet, back of neck and / or area of concern. Diffuse or inhale the aroma directly.
