Apply as many times as you desire directly to the affected area and for two days after it seems to gone.

• At the first sign of a cold sore (tingling or itching): Apply a small amount of the treatment directly to the affected area using a clean cotton swab or your fingertip.
• During an active outbreak: Reapply the treatment 3-4 times a day to help reduce symptoms and speed up healing.
• For prevention: Use a small amount of the treatment on areas prone to cold sores as part of your daily skincare routine, especially during times of stress or illness.
